a few random things about me...

I’m a hiking, baking, Joni Mitchell listening, nature lovin' mama of two kids, some backyard chickens, a cat, and two goofy dogs. I'm an INFJ and I guess you could call me an extraverted introvert - I'm outgoing, but reserved, I'm friendly and love socializing, but I also need plenty of time alone to recharge.

. . .

Originally from Montana, I now call northern New Mexico home. And as a gal who can never decide if she loves the desert or the mountains more – this is a pretty rad place for me to put down roots and raise a family. After some time in Montana, the Midwest, Albuquerque and Santa Fe, my family and I recently moved out to the country and found a big, old farm house that we've been slowly renovating. In addition to photography work, I teach kindergarten at a charter school in Santa Fe.

Original hardwood floors, the movie When Harry Met Sally, monsoon season in New Mexico, visiting old book shops, and making waffles on Sunday mornings are all my favs. And I'll leave you with a few things I'm always interested in hearing about - what books you're currently reading and where you went the last time you traveled.
